Next Monday is St. Patrick’s Day! Looking for something a little different to drink besides a Guinness or a shot of Jameson’s? And don’t even get us started on GREEN beer because that’s all kinds of WRONG! This drink substitutes bourbon for Irish whiskey. It IS Kentucky, after all. While some purists may object to this alternative cocktail, we thought it would be EXCELLENT to include at your party, along with the standard amounts of beer and liquor. Enjoy!
