Today is National Cream-Filled Donut Day, and we fully support celebrating with something sweet, fluffy and stuffed with entirely too much goodness. Louisville has plenty of local spots ready to fill the assignment, from Nord's Bakery and Sugar & Spice Donut Shop to Clifton Donut Shop, Jeff's Donuts, and many more. Check our guide, then grab a cream, custard or whatever-filled favorite and consider your civic doughnut duty complete.
